As far as Prayer Clauses (a) and (b) are concerned, it is informed that same are rendered infructuous, as the resignation is accepted and processed, as could be inferred from the affidavit-in-reply placed on record by the respondent Nos.4 and 5.

As far as Prayer Clauses (c) and (d) are concerned, the response from the respondent Nos.2 and 3 was expected to be filed. However, till this date, no response is received from the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3.

That being so, we post the matter on January 31, 2025. 4.

By way of last chance, we grant time to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to file their response on affidavit by the next date. 5.

In the meanwhile, interim order to continue.

We make it clear that the day-to-day functioning of the respondent No.4-Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Pusad shall continue, however, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall not take any major financial policy decision until further orders.
