The petitioners/applicants moved this application to permit them to amend the petition. From the averments of the affidavit-in-reply, it has come to the notice of the petitioners/applicants that respondent no.3 has issued a Notification dated 17.09.2024 and thereby notified the names of the newly co-opted two members. Therefore, they want to bring the said facts on record.

The learned Senior Counsel objected for the same. However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application, we allow the application
