It is claimed by Shri. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners, that though the Award dated 05.07.2018 is passed and possession is taken, the amount of compensation is not paid to the petitioners.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to treat the application of the petitioners in the matter of release of compensation as the representation and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order. 3.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
