ATE : OCTOBER 08 , 2024 The impugned communication dated 16/07/2024, addressed by the respondent No.4 to the Collector, Wardha while rejecting the application preferred by the petitioner for being appointed on compassionate ground in the wake of the demise of her husband on 08/07/2023, is that the post of Junior Clerk do not fit in the approved post as per 'Sanch Manyata'. 2) Prima facie we find the reason to be completely unsustainable, as husband of the petitioner continued to serve in the School from 06/06/1998 till his demise 08/07/2023. Hence, we deem it appropriate to issue notice to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 by asking them to respond to the grievance of the petitioner in rejecting her claim for being appointed on compassionate ground. The said notice is returnable on 12/11/2024.
