In the facts and circumstances of the case, Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 17.10.2024 the respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Chandur Railway, District - Amravati, shall release the vehicle in question, subject to deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- by the petitioner with the office of the said Tahsildar.
