The petitioner is challenging the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur in Appeal No.7/LND-31/2016-17.

The petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur, to file a revision before the State Government and this issue is already considered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 SUPREME COURT decided on 06.11.2015. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of, as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

The petitioner may file revision before the State Government within a period of four weeks. Delay in prosecuting the present writ petition be taken into consideration while, considering the application for condonation of delay.
