In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 5738/2024 dated 07/04/2025, the petitioner claims that he will deposit the total amount of penalty imposed by the Tahsildar, i.e., Rs.26,664/-, and deposit 50% of penalty imposed by the SDO. As such, the petitioner is ready to deposit 50,000/- plus 26,664/-, a total amount of Rs.76,664/-. On deposit of the said amount vehicle in dispute i.e. TractorTrolly, No. MH-29-BP-6066, be released. Learned Tahsildar, if think it proper, may ask the applicant to execute the bond. 3.

List the matter on 11/06/2025.
