Heard. Both the parties advanced their arguments. 2.

During the course of argument, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent pointed out that the present petitioner (original-plaintiff) had applied for temporary injunction in Regular Civil Suit No.68/2014. The temporary injunction application filed by plaintiff was rejected by the trial Court and same was confirmed by the District Court, so also respondent (original defendant) filed suit against petitioner and same is pending. As such, to decide the present petition, the documents on which the respondent is relying upon, is necessary to be placed on record. Accordingly, both prayed time to file the same on record.
