The Respondent No. 1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee has filed its reply, Paragraph Nos. 7 and 8 of which read as under:- "7.

It is submitted that, validity granted to petitioner came to be cancelled after hearing him. However, same is not done in accordance with law as the Committee has no power to recall or review the validity order.

It is respectfully submitted that this respondent has high regards for judiciary and from time to time this respondent has duly obeyed the orders of this Hon'ble court as well as courts subordinate there to in its true letter and spirit. The present respondent holds high esteem for judiciary and judicial orders. (2) In view of the above reply filed by the Respondent No. 1, the basic grievance of the Petitioner about the impugned communications dated 05/09/2024 and 13/09/2024 does not survive. The services of the Petitioner were protected in view of the order dated 10/10/2024 passed by this Court. Therefore, his status in service is maintained. (3) As such, the Respondent No. 2 is hereby directed to take necessary steps in view of the recalling of the impugned communications by the Respondent No. 1 - Committee.
