The petitioner is challenging the Order dated 18.10.2023 passed by the Tahsildar, Ramtek, District Nagpur, whereby the action under section 48(7) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (for short "MLRC") was taken against the petitioner. As the order was passed under section 48(7) of the MLRC, the petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy to file Appeal under section 247 of the MLRC. 3.
In view thereof the petition is disposed of as not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal, within a period of four weeks from today. Time spent in prosecuting the present petition shall be taken
