DATE : 11-10-2024 Before we deal with the grievance of the petitioners, we expect the learned counsel for the petitioner to rectify the pleadings in the petition where the woman has been referred in a derogatory manner and in terms of the Handbook published by the Supreme Court of India, a woman deserves to be treated with dignity and we expect the learned Counsel for the petitioners to refer her by using appropriate phraseology, as per the Handbook.

Let the amendment be carried out without a period of two weeks.

Upon carrying out the amendment, the writ petition be circulated.
