This Court has issued notice on 11th October, 2024 which was duly served on the Zilla Parishad through Chief Executive Officer i.e. respondent no.4. Similarly, notice was issued to Panchayat Samiti, Chandrpur through the Block Development Officer i.e. respondent no.3. Since, nobody appeared on the said date, this Court directed the Assistant Government Pleader to communicate the order to the respondent nos.3 and 4.

Mr. Hulke, learned Assistant Government Pleader informed that he has already communicated the order to the respondent nos.3 and 4. 3.

Inspite of above, the respondent nos.3 and 4 have chosen not to appear in the matter.

In that view of the matter, issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 200/- each against the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandraur and the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Chandrapur, returnable on 22nd November, 2024.

We direct the Superintendent of Police, Chandrapur to ensure the execution of bailable warrant.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to Superintendent of Police, Chandrapur. 7.
