The Petition seeks a direction, that the Government Resolutions dated 21.12.2019 and 14.12.2022, as the Tribe claim of the Petitioner has been invalidated by the Caste Scrutiny Committee on 31.03.2016 and a challenge thereto has been already negated, for the applicability of the aforesaid two Government Resolutions.

We, therefore, dispose of the Petition and direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the case of the Petitioner in terms of the aforesaid two Government Resolutions.
