It is claimed that the petitioner is not required to hold TET qualification being an employee of Minority Institution. As such it is urged that the rejection of prayer clause was illegal on the said count. 3.

We permit the petitioner to place on record the certificate certifying the minority status of the employer is produced within two weeks from today.
