The contention of Mr. Bhise is that the petitioner being an employee of the respondent no.5-School, which is managed by the respondent no.4-Trust, which is conferred with status as minority institution is not liable to clear the T.E.T. or C.T.E.T. as the said issue is already decided by this Court in the matter of Saify School Managing Committee, Khamgaon and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.1684/2023 decided on 2nd February, 2024.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents returnable on 17th December, 2024.
