As such, the petitioner is required to supply copies for issuance of notice.

Sufficient time was granted on various dates for taking steps. Today is 7th default. But, no steps are taken as yet.

Hence, due to non-supply of copies even after grant of sufficient opportunity, the petition is dismissed against aforesaid respondents in default, in terms of Chapter XVII Rule 7 (iii) of Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
