The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Joint Charity Commissioner has granted permission to the respondent - Trust to sell the land in question at the rate of Rs.7,11,000/- per acre. It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to purchase the land in question @ Rs.12 Lakh per acre.
