In the present petition, the petitioners prayed for up-gradation of their Basic Pay.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the same issue is pending before the Chhattisgarh High Court and Jharkhand High Court. 3.

In view of avoiding complexity of order, the respondents moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to consolidate all the petitions before any one court. He stated that said Special Leave Petition has been filed vide Diary No.33465/2025 on 18.06.2025.
