The Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the communication dated l2/12/2024 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary)respondent herein, which is taken on record.

It is assured by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that in any case, by 18/12/2024, the absorption order shall be served on the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid statement since coming on instructions from learned Assistant Government Pleader, same is accepted.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. 5.

As far as the payment of salary for the interregnum period for which the absorption order was not issued, we expect the Education Officer to deal with the claim of the petitioner for which he shall be making representation within a period of two weeks from today as expeditiously as Kavita
