Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to deposit the amount of penalty of Rs.30,600/- in terms of the order dated 6th May, 2022 passed by the Tehsildar Ghatanji.

As the petitioner is willing to deposit the amount of penalty, Tehsildar Ghatanji, shall release the vehicle in question subject to deposit of the amount of Rs.30,600/- and on execution of personal bond. 4.

List the matter for further consideration on 27th November, 2024.
