"Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 seeks time to take instructions on additional affidavit filed by the petitioner, particularly on the statement made by the petitioner that he is ready to give an undertaking that if the Department considers his case and grants him promotion and if in future, he is found guilty for the offences levelled against him, he shall return all the benefits to the Department. Time granted.

Stand over after Christmas Vacations."

Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has submitted undertaking to respondent no. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 submits that the decision in the matter will be taken within one week. The statement is accepted.
