The petitioners seek challenge to the impugned order dated 13th March, 2024 passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur. The main ground of challenge in the present petition is that, during the pendency of the change report, the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner could not have directed the petitioners to conduct elections in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.

However, Mr. Abhyankar, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that the aforesaid change report has now been rejected. Ms. Dhawas, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6, submits that, in pursuance of the directions issued by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur, vide the impugned order dated 13th March, 2024, the elections of the Trust have also been conducted.
