The only grievance raised in the petition is that, on account of the transfer to the school i.e. petitioner No.2 from village Adegaon to Akola by the order dated 23.06.2017 (page 51), though the UDISE number of the petitioner No.2 has changed, however, the data vis-a-vis the earlier number has not been transferred to the new number, as a result of which, the staffing pattern is not been approved. The transfer of data is recommended by the Deputy Director of Education by his communication dated 12.09.2022 (page 68) to the Director of Education. 2.

Ms S.S. Jachak, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3.

There is no role to play by the respondent No. 5 in the matter of transfer of data.

Considering the limited relief, which is been claimed and the recommendation already made, as

2 10 wp 6266-2024 indicated by the communication dated 12.09.2022, the petition is allowed by directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3, to take immediate steps for transfer of the data of petitioner No.2 School from the earlier UDISE number to the current UDISE number. The same shall be done within two weeks from today.

Once the data is transferred, the respondents shall take appropriate steps to determine the staffing pattern of petitioner No.2.
