He drew attention of the Court to the fact that amendment application filed before commencement of the trial has been rejected by the trial court. He seeks stay to the Regular Civil Suit No. 3270/2012. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents for final disposal of this Petition, returnable on 21st July, 2025. 4.

In addition to usual mode of service, Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondents by all permissible modes of private service.
