We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioners.

According to him, the Tribunal has erred in recording the findings that the respondents' claim be considered for grant of compassionate appointment though they were age bar.

It could be borne out of the record that on the date of the commencement of the selection process, the respondents were well within the prescribed age limit. 4.

It was for the petitioners' to complete the selection process within reasonable period, which they have failed. If we appreciate the contentions of the learned AGP, the same are liable to be rejected as the petitioners themselves have created such a situation, which has rendered the candidature of the respondents age bar. That being so, there is no substance in the writ petition, the same stands dismissed.
