In pursuance to the order dated 26.03.2025, the Petitioner has been referred to AIIMS for CT scan to determine the Haller Index. A report in that regard dated 01.04.2025, has been placed on record by Mr. Dhumane, learned Counsel for the Respondents, with the findings of which indicates, that the Haller's Index of the Petitioner measures 2.5.

A look at the result of the Review Medical Board dated 27.07.2024 (page 21), indicates that the normal range

2 926.WP.6374-2024.odt of Haller's Index is 2.5 mm. The above report of AIIMS, Nagpur, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification, and therefore, would indicate that the Petitioner's value insofar as the Haller's Index is concerned, is within the normal range.

We, therefore, allow the Petition by directing the Respondents to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for the post of Constable-Bugler, in case there is no other impediment in that regard and on merits. The same shall be done within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
