Drawing support from the provisions of rule 37(2)(f) and 35(2) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 the contention is that the suspension cannot be more than 120 days and if it is, it has a deemed effect of reinstatement.

It is claimed that the petitioner is not paid full salary towards the suspension allowance.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents returnable on 18.12.2024.
