Mr. Mirza, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the issue involved in the present matter is covered by the order dated 12.08.2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 6731/2023 with connected Writ Petition No. 6744/2023 and, therefore, he submitted to pass the order in terms of the said order. Similarly, Ms. Jaipurkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 4, also acceded to the facts above.
