DATED : 10/01/2025 By consent of the parties, list the matter on 29.01.2025 along with another connected Writ Petition No.7219/2024.

Learned Counsel for petitioner is ready to deposit litigation costs as directed by the Family Court No.2, Nagpur in Cri. M.A. No.35/2024 and A642/2023 as per order dated 07.10.2024. Learned Family Court, Nagpur also partly allowed the application for interim maintenance and granted @ Rs.16,000/- (Rs. Sixteen Thousand Only) per month to the petitioner-wife i.e. on 23.01.2024.

The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that Rs.60,000/- (Rs. Sixty Thousand Only) out of the arrears will be deposited by 29.01.2025, however, the said amount cannot be allowed to withdraw till the further order passed in this petition. The petitioner to deposit the amount as assured and the respondent is

2 34 wp 6406-2024 at liberty to withdraw litigation expenses as well as 50% of the amount out of the amount which will be deposited on usual undertaking.

At this juncture, both the parties agreed to refer the matter for mediation. Both the parties agreed to refer the matter to the learned Advocate Shri S.Y. Deopujari.

Parties to appear before the Mediator on 21.01.2025 at 2.00 p.m.

The learned Co-ordinator, Maharashtra State Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur is hereby requested to take necessary steps.

Interim order to continue till next date.
