Mr. Mehadia, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1, upon instructions makes a statement, that the illegal encroachments made by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and the Petitioners on the road, in front of the houses of the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, have been removed in the month of February 2025 itself.

It is therefore apparent, that the grievance in this Petition stands redressed and nothing remains. 4.

The Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
