(2) The Petitioner challenges the order passed by the learned District Judge-1, Kelapur below Exhibit 10 for grant of stay to the execution. The said Application came to be filed as neither affidavit supporting the Application was filed nor it was signed by the client. (3) As such, I do not see any infirmity in the said order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the Petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate Application before the learned Lower Court within a period of one week from today. (4) In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner in Regular Darkhast No. 12/2012 pending before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Maregaon.
