This is an application for speaking to minutes. 3.

Learned Counsel for respondent No. 4 states that in the judgment passed by this Court on 27-03-2026 in Writ Petition No. 6482/2024 and other companion writ petitions, paragraph 23 thereof begins with the sentence:

"The said letter also makes it clear, that even though the qualification of GNM and B.Sc. (Nursing) are higher qualification, they cannot perform the duties of ANM, and therefore ANM cannot be eligibility for appointment of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife."

Learned Counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that the aforesaid sentence contains a typographical error and that the same be corrected to read as follows:

"and therefore GNM and B.Sc. (Nursing) cannot be eligibility for appointment of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife."

The same be corrected as above and corrected order be uploaded in official website.

Application is disposed off.
