Counsel for both sides, on instruction, submit that if the parties are sent for mediation, the possibility of settlement is not ruled out. In view of the fact that the present dispute is matrimonial dispute, it would be in the interest of the parties to settle the dispute amicably. Hence, the parties are referred to the Mediator. 2.

Mr. Sumant Deopujari, Advocate is appointed as a Mediator from the panel of Legal Aid.

The parties may appear before the Mediator as per his convenience.

Learned Mediator is however, requested to complete the mediation process before next date of hearing. 5.
