DATED : 23-01-2025 Since there is recommendation for grant of extension of the services of the petitioner by the Performance Review Committee which is reflected from the communication 29.10.2024 (page 25) which in turn has been recommended and forwarded to the State by the Director of Higher Education by his communication dated 28.11.2024 (page 97), it is expected of the State to take decision upon the same one way or the other, the State cannot procrastinate on this issue. Since the recommendation is of 28.11.2024, it would be appropriate for the State to decide upon the same within 15 days from today and place the decision before us.
