NOVEMBER 1, 2024 The petitioner has challenged order dated 9/10/2024 passed by the Hon'ble Minister allowing the revision, thereby uphelding order dated 11/3/2020 passed by the Collector.

2] Despite repeated enquiry as to whether order dated 11/3/2020 passed by the Collector is placed on record, the learned Counsel failed to show the said order.

3] In absence thereof, it is not possible to consider the request for interim relief.

4] The petitioner shall first annex copy of Collector's order. Thereafter, he may seek circulation for urgent hearing.
