Inspite of the order dated 04.11.2024 it is unfortunate that the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 does not have any instruction in that regard. We, therefore, list the matter on 18.11.2024, on which date the Secretary Department of Health and Family Welfare in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Respondent No.1 shall remain present before this Court by Video Conferencing for explaining the position regarding the modus operandi for filling in the vacant seats as it is stated by Mr. Dhumane, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 that more than 40 seats in the Medical Branch for MBBS are vacant as of now.
