Mr. C.J. Dhumne, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, upon instructions, makes a statement that a special round of Counselling for the remaining seats for MBBS/BDS/BSc. Nursing shall be held between 20.11.2024 to 23.11.2024 for the All India Quota and between 25.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 for the State Quota for which the last day of joining would be 30.11.2024 and 5.12.2024 respectively. The same redresses the grievance of the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the above statement.
