DATED : 29th JANUARY, 2025 It is not in dispute, that in the Application No. 176/2024 in which the order dated 09.10.2024, impugned herein was passed as an interim measure, the original applicant therein have already completed their argument. The matter is stated to be listed today before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur for the arguments of the present petitioner. In that view of the matter, we do not see any reason to continue with this petition as the decision in Application No. 176/2024 is likely to be rendered shortly. We, therefore, dispose off this petition by directing the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur to decide the Application No. 176/2024 within a period of six weeks from today. (ABHAY J.
