Heard. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by the Respondent No.1, Scrutiny Committee invalidating the Caste claim of the petitioner of Halbi Caste. The caste claim was invalidated on 04.01.2024. She took admission in B.Pharm on 13.10.2024 and the last date to submit the validity certificate is 06.11.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that all the entries are of Halbi. The pre-constitutional document is filed of 1928. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated that this Court has passed the order in the case of the cousin of the petitioner and on the basis of said order, the validity certificate is issued to the cousin of the petitioner. As the cousin of the petitioner has received validity certificate and on perusal of the Family Tree his name is there.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
