DATED : 03-03-2025 The petition seeks direction to the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of petitioner of belonging to Muslim Beldar NT(B). Since vigilance is reported to have been done, we direct the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 2.

Learned AGP to communicate the decision of this court to the Caste Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee on 5.3.2025 alongwith a copy of this order. In view of limited relief granted, there is no necessity to issue notice to respondent No.2. Till that time, the services of the petitioner shall stand protected.
