Learned Advocate for the petitioner states that he is ready to deposit the decreetal amount i.e. Rs.3,95,295/- within eight weeks from today.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 13.1.2025.

The Petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. 4.

The office objection, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (c) of this petition.
