This petition seeks direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati to decide the Application No.10/2023 preferred under Section 41-E of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act in the matter of Shri Chintamani Deosthan, Kalamb, Tahsil Kalamb, District Yavatmal.

Having regard to the prayer made in this petition, we dispose of this petition with direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati to decide the proceedings i.e. Application No.10/2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition thus stands disposed of.
