The present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents for appointment on compassionate basis was filed by the petitioner on 9th July, 2024.

The present writ petition was listed before this Court on 14th November 2024. Since nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned on 14th November 2024. The present writ petition is listed for the first time before this Court today after 14th November 2024. Even today, nobody appears for the petitioner. Further the perusal of the present writ petition reveals that the Writ Petition No.1945 of 2016 filed by the petitioner praying for such relief of direction for providing appointment on compassionate basis is already dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18th July, 2016, which

In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
