Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 2.

The petitioners by this writ petition sought direction to release Naxalite Incentive Allowance of 15% to the petitioners as per Government Resolution dated 06/08/2002.

During pendency of this petition, the Desk Officer, State of Maharashtra, Tribal Development Department issued direction vide its communication dated 14/07/2025 stating that the petitioners are entitled as per this communication mentioned in paras-2 and 3.

The petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to release the amount as per their entitlement KHUNTE
