After hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioners substantially and when this Court has expressed view that the present case is not covered by Section 49(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 for the reason that the Petitioners are purchasers of the property after the same was reserved in the year 2003, at this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Permission granted.
