Mr. Pande, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, restricts the prayer in the Petition to a direction against the Respondent No.2 to decide upon the complaints of the Petitioner one way or the other in terms of the law applicable. 3.

Though the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 seeks time, however, considering the limited prayer, the Petition is disposed off by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the complaints of the Petitioner in terms of the law applicable as early as possible.
