Sambre and Mrs Vrushali V. Joshi, JJ.) passed the following order:

"1.

We permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2- Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati with the reasons alongwith copy of petition and the annexures.

2.

Let the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

3.

The petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2- Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati on 6th January, 2025."

In compliance of the above order, passed by this Court, learned AGP makes a statement that respondent No.2the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati has taken

3.wp.6738.2024.odt decision on 04.03.2025 and thereby, has rejected the representation submitted by the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, nothing survives in the present writ petition and hence, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 4.

However, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the respondent No.2-the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati.

Needless to mention that the grounds raised in the present petition are kept open.
