The present writ petition was filed on 8th August 2024. The petitioner has sought challenge to the rejection of the technical bid of the petitioner on 30th July 2024 in pursuance of the tender notice dated 16th July 2024, which is at record page No.21- Annexure- P-2.

The schedule of the tender reveals that the tender was to be open on 29th July 2024. The present writ petition which was filed on 8th August 2024 is listed today for the first time for admission.
