The learned counsel for the petitioners upon instructions makes a statement, that the statement made in the pursis dated 21/01/2025 redresses his grievance. The petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the statement made by the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in the pursis dated 21/01/2025. No costs.
