We permit the petitioners to make representation to the respondents authority in the matter of substitution of candidature for grant of compassionate appointment in the light of judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram and another V/s. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.3701/2022 with connected matters delivered on 28.5.2024. 3.

Along with the application, the copy of petition be also produced before respondent No.1.

In case if such application is moved, same be decided having regard to the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram (supra).
